One Summers Day

Is a game about a pilot on board a star frigate sent on a relay mission to a colony world - your home. You are aboard the starship - Summer.

The game soundtrack takes sounds from the world and gameplay into the music. The OST was supposed to be much more fleshed out however due to the flu wiping me out, it's pretty bare bones. The concept is here and the ideas are rough but i wanted to submit it anyway - this is my first game jam.

Additional (you don't have to read this):

The game begins in the engine room where your character is making repairs, helping other engineers during a time of short-staffed working. There was a small outbreak of the cold.

The game progresses to the engines being shot out by an unknown vessel. Most die in a large explosion. Your character and a few others move to the next part of the ship. Your goal is to find a Starfighter and blow your way out the ship to get to the world to warn the habitants.

The level progresses to the pilot scavenging weapons and fighting his way to the ship hold against unidentified enemy targets. They're strong but they ain't invisible. You find a ship. You get out.

Your ship is hit. You pilot through and weave through the enemy fighters, ships and space debris. You find the world in control of a new power.
